Consulting Director


Amdocs was redefining their value proposition, changing the way telecommunications and financial services companies interact with their customers, through "integrated customer management", delivering a strong customer experience.

The role of the Consulting Director was required to identify, develop and manage client opportunities. This person was to direct the technical, business, and personnel aspects of consulting engagements and lead sales efforts both with existing clients and prospective ones. The role required strategic consulting expertise across CRM/Call Center, Billing and OSS, coupled with business development experience and technical knowledge.


We successfully identify and presented candidates with a scare mix of sales experience, commercial accumen and a strong systems / technical knowledge who could lead large client engagement projects, managing $20m programs. This was completed within 4 weeks.
