UK & Scandinavia Sales Director

Challenge

Funded by some of the largest venture capital firms in the world they were in a period of substantial growth and required a Sales Director to manage both the UK and Scandinavian regions.

Solution

The brief required us to source a shortlist of Sales Directors who were experienced in selling software / SaaS applications to enterprises. The person was required to have a solid understanding of information security, risk management and fraud prevention. Underpinning all skills was the capability to ensure that the UK & Scandinavia regions meet and exceed sales quotas and operational targets. We targeted all competitors within the information security marketplace and completed the assignment within 8 weeks.
